Welcoming Ramzi Faraj as Vice President, Consumer Lending Manager

Ramzi brings with him over 30 years of extensive experience in the mortgage and banking industry, making him an invaluable addition to the Citizens State Bank team.

Ramzi’s career has been marked by his leadership in various esteemed institutions. Most recently, he served as Branch Manager at Delmar Mortgage in Trenton, MI, where he led the branch to success from February 2023 to May 2024. Prior to that, he held the position of Branch Manager at Community First Home Mortgage Powered by Stockton Mortgage in Sterling Heights, MI, contributing to their growth and customer satisfaction.

His vast experience also includes significant roles at Success Mortgage Partners, PrimeLending, and Talmer Bank and Trust, where he was recognized as a top producer and trusted mortgage adviser. Ramzi’s deep understanding of residential mortgage lending and his commitment to helping families achieve home ownership have been consistent throughout his career.
