Citizens State Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Nick Dane to Vice President, Commercial Banking. Nick has been a vital member of the team, serving as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Credit Officer since March 2022.

Nick brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Nick began his career conducting financial and credit risk analyses and has steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Citizens State Bank, Nick held positions at Societe Generale, Siena Lending Group, North American Bancard, Chemical Bank, and Lender Solutions, where he gained extensive experience in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and commercial credit structuring.

In addition to his professional achievements, Nick is an active member of the community and co-chairs the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Networking Group (ROYAL), reflecting his commitment to fostering strong relationships and supporting local business leaders.
